2. Products

All items are physical art prints, available unframed or framed depending on the listing. Each product is made to order, and minor variations in colour may occur due to monitor settings and print production.

3. Shipping

All orders are dispatched next working day and include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your item ships.

• UK Orders: Free shipping via Royal Mail 24. Delivery typically takes 1–2 working days.
• International Orders: Shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked. Fees vary based on location and order size. Delivery typically takes 5–10 working days.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
• Custom or personalised items are non-returnable.
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
• Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received in original condition.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
