Shipping and Returns

Ordering

By ordering from our website you enter into an agreement that is bound by our terms and conditions detailed below. All orders will be posted to the address provided by you at the point of ordering.  Due to the volume of orders and emails, we cannot guarantee that any address changes emailed to us will be amended before the order has been processed so we advise you use the correct address when making a purchase. 

Shipping
We ship the majority of orders within one working day of receiving the order.  Bespoke items and stadium panoramas can take us longer to ship as the production times for these items can be slightly longer. We ask for your patience at times such as public holidays when the volume of orders significantly increases. If it becomes apparent that your order will take longer than two working days to dispatch, we will contact you. If you would like to discuss any aspect of delivery please contact us at info@dgriffin.net. We ask you kindly not to use social media for order inquiries.  

All UK orders are sent via ‘Royal Mail 24’ and typically take 1-2 working days to arrive.
Framed prints for customers outside of the United Kingdom are sent via several different couriers depending on your location. Standard shipping estimates are as follows:


United Kingdom: 1-3 working days
European Union: 5-7 working days
USA and Canada: 7-14 working days
Australia: 7-14 working days
Middle East: 7-14 working days
South East Asia: 7-14 working days

If you require your order sooner priority shipping is available at an additional charge. Please contact us in order to arrange this and we will try to assist you as quickly as possible.

Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason, you wish to return a product brought from the D. Griffin Art & Design online shop, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order stating your order number and reason for return. We will then acknowledge your request and provide you with our return address. You then have a further 7 days to return the item(s). 

To qualify for a refund your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it. The item(s) are your responsibility until delivered to us, so it is important that you use a trackable delivery service and retain proof of postage. You are responsible for return shipping costs. If your return is approved after inspection, a refund will be given via your original payment method.

Eco-Friendly Packaging
Whilst our products do contain plastic, we are committed to limiting our impact on the environment, by ensuring the packaging for our items is free of plastic and 100% recyclable.

This currently includes 
all framed prints and A3 size prints which accounts for the majority of the orders that we receive. However, at present this does not include A4 images, some stadium panoramas, and some images sized A2 and above as we often use third party printing companies to print and dispatch these items on our behalf and we have no control on the packaging provided. However we aim for all of our products to be shipped in plastic-free eco-friendly packaging during 2022.

Other
Product images and details on our website are as accurate as possible but please be aware that screen colours and resolutions always differ slightly to the printed version. We are able to change prices and descriptions at any point without giving prior notice. Products for sale on our website are owned by D. Griffin Art & Design and should under no circumstances be used, copied or altered without our written consent.
